This site is run by the volunteer caring for this feeding spot. Feedback is used to respond to concerns and improve the shared space.
What is kept
Your reaction, optional category and message, language, dates, status and any replies. We do not ask for your name or email. Please avoid including other people’s personal details.
Your private link
Each conversation has its own secret link. Only a hash of the secret is stored in the database. Anyone you share the link with can read that conversation. The link is not a way to identify you across visits.
Security, without visitor tracking
We do not use advertising, analytics, tracking cookies or a permanent visitor ID. Temporary request counters help prevent spam and are deleted within 24 hours. The application does not store raw IP addresses. Cloudflare hosts the site and database and processes technical connection data; its Turnstile check also processes signals such as IP address and browser information to detect bots. A necessary session cookie is used only when the administrator signs in.
How long feedback stays
Resolved or closed feedback is deleted after 90 days. All feedback, including unanswered messages, is deleted no later than 180 days after submission. Replies are deleted with the conversation. Individually approved, anonymised improvement notes may remain public.
Questions or deletion requests
Use “Share your thoughts” to contact the volunteer or request deletion. Include the conversation ID shown on your private page, but never paste the secret link into a public place. If you need a reply, save the new private link. For deletion requiring proof of ownership, use the delete button on your private conversation.
